LITHONIA, Ga. -- Winning is a blast for a Lithonia man.

"It hasn't set in," Colbert said.

Chevron Party Store on Highway 155 in Stockbridge sold the winning ticket.

After scratching his ticket in the store, Colbert hurried home to share the news with Janis, his wife.

"I couldn't sleep and my heart has been racing," Janis said. "It's still shocking."

Colbert, an HVAC contractor, plans to invest the money -- after he takes a vacation with his wife and children.

"We're going to do a family cruise immediately," he said. "I feel pretty lucky."
