Lithonia roads flooded by leak | News
LITHONIA, Ga. -- A leak near a water tower has flooded several roads in DeKalb County Wednesday morning.

Flooding was reported on Layton Drive and Covington Highway near Lithonia Industrial Boulevard.
The incident was originally believed to be caused by a leaking water tower, but DeKalb County spokesman Burke Brennan said the leak actually originated underground. Crews are currently working to excavate the area and repair the leak.
