DeKalb residents participate in free recycling program | News

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -- According to a release from DeKalb County, thousands of DeKalb County residents are taking advantage of a free, valet trash program. 

DeKalb County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the measure to eliminate the $30 registration fee for curbside recycling; the measure went into effect on September 26.
