Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan Rolls into Stone Mountain Loaded with Gifts

Atlanta, GA--  (submitted by Judith Fouts) The Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan, illuminated by 25,000 red and white sparkling lights, will roll into Stone Mountain and spread the spirit of the holidays on December 8 stop at the local Walmart Supercenter.  The stop is part of the Caravan's 15 day metro Atlanta visit, and encourages visitors to donate their My Coke Rewards Points and unwrapped gifts to Toys for Tots while also testing out the new Playstation 3 and its new Move motion controller.

This year, the Caravan will help celebrate Coca-Cola’s national partnership with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program by collecting gifts and toys for children in metro Atlanta.

In the spirit of giving, Coca-Cola will make a $20,000 donation to the local Toys for Tots organization to help provide underprivileged kids with gifts this holiday season. People can visit the Caravan’s festive wonderland where laptop computers will be available for people to go online and donate My Coke Rewards points to Toys for Tots as part of a nationwide online gift drive through MyCokeRewards.com. Participating is easy for anyone, anywhere. From now through the end of the year, My Coke Rewards points found under caps and on packaging of more than 60 Coca-Cola products may be donated to Toys for Tots at www.mycokerewards.com. As the donations accumulate, Toys for Tots will redeem the points for a variety of gifts.

In addition, Coca-Cola will randomly select one individual who donates My Coke Rewards points or a toy at the Caravan event to receive a free PlayStation® 3 and a PlayStation® Move motion controller. Visitors to the Caravan can also share their own holiday wish list with Santa and have their photo taken for free.
